Cancellation Policy
I do charge 20% cancellation fee for any no calls or no shows within 24 hours in the appointment. I do understand that we all have other engagements going on in our lives but being aware of others time is very essential so I do allow up to a 10 minute window after 10 minutes. your appointment appointment is forfeited. Automatically canceled 20% of the service will be applied and next appointment you will be required to pay full payment if you have any questions or concerns or if there is any emergencies, please feel free to contact me as soon as possible.
